- Scope of Works: Façade Remediation (Insulated Render, Aluminium Composite Cladding, Balcony Decking, Insulated Spandrels inc Fire Barriers)
Phase 1 works involved the replacement Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) Cladding and insulated render. Timber Balcony Decking was replaced through a separate contract.
Phase 2 works (ongoing) involves replacement spandrel panels with remedial works behind to install fire barriers and replace combustible insulation.
